The demonstration will begin at Kerala Bhawan in New Delhi and proceed towards Jantar Mantar , is part of the party’s ongoing campaign against what it alleges is collusion between the Election Commission and the central government, an alliance the Congress claims is undermining democracy in India.

According to the advisory, traffic movement is expected to remain slow and regulated in and around the stadium due to diversions, restrictions, and heavy spectator movement during the event hours.
