Babil Khan set for Malayalam cinema debut with 'Gandhi Bazaar Sunday Market'

Mumbai, May 11 (UNI) Actor Babil Khan is poised to embark on a significant artistic journey as he makes his Malayalam cinema debut with director Babu Janardhanan's upcoming film "Gandhi Bazaar Sunday Market."
Khan, son of late actor Irrfan Khan, has made a special mark in the industry with his distinctive and poignant performances. His foray into Malayalam cinema demonstrates his continued desire to explore new and diverse characters and stories. The film also stars Babil alongside Aparna Balamurali, Deepak Parambol, Nikhil Nair, Johny Antony, Jagadeesh, Sudheer Karamana, Unni Raja, Aathmiya and Jaishankar.
According to a source, "Babil is always drawn to stories that challenge him as an artist and allow him to grow. It's incredibly exciting for him to enter Malayalam cinema with a film of this magnitude and depth. This reflects his passion to transcend language boundaries and work with compelling stories and inspiring filmmakers."
