Bandi Sanjay to pay exam fee for 12,000 Class X students in Govt schools as ‘Modi Gift’

Karimnagar, Nov 5 (UNI) In a heartening gesture towards poor students, union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has announced that he will personally bear the examination fees of all Class X students studying in government schools under the Karimnagar Parliamentary constituency.
The initiative, which Bandi Sanjay described as a “Modi Gift,” aims to support 12,292 students from economically weaker families. The union Minister has written to the Collectors of the respective districts, requesting them to facilitate the payment process.
According to official data, 4,847 students are studying in government schools in Karimnagar district, 4,059 in Rajanna Sircilla, 1,118 in Siddipet, 1,135 in Jagtial, and 1,133 in Hanamkonda — all falling under the Karimnagar constituency. The total cost of the examination fees is estimated to exceed Rs 15 lakh, which Bandi Sanjay plans to pay from his own salary.
