BCA student stabs classmate to death in Karnataka, sparks political slugfest

Hubballi, Apr 18 (UNI) In a shocking incident that has sent shockwaves across Karnataka, a BCA student brutally stabbed his classmate to death in broad daylight in Hubballi. The horrifying incident was captured on camera, and the video has since gone viral on social media platforms.
The incident unfolded inside the college campus when the accused, identified as Fayaz, approached his classmate, Neha Hiremath, and proposed to her. Upon her rejection, Fayaz became enraged and followed Neha, attacking her viciously with a sharp object.
The video footage shows Fayaz chasing Neha and subsequently stabbing her multiple times, resulting in her immediate death. Following the attack, Fayaz attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by fellow students and staff members at the college.
