Bhagalpur Municipal Chairman injured in recent shootout, succumbs during treatment

Bhagalpur, May 9 (UNI) Sultanganj Nagar Parishad chairman Rajkumar Guddu, who was critically injured in a daylight shootout at the municipal office last month, died during treatment at a private hospital in Patna today.
Family sources said Guddu had been undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital for the past 10 days under the supervision of senior doctors after sustaining serious bullet injuries in the attack.
His condition suddenly deteriorated on Saturday morning and despite efforts by doctors, he could not be saved.
