Bihar: Complaint case against BJP leader for allegedly tampering Rahul Gandhi's photograph

Buxar, May 23 (UNI) A complaint case has been filed against BJP leader Ajay Alok for allegedly tampering a photograph of Rahul to show him standing with a girl who was recently arrested for being indulged in spying for Pakistan.
A Congress follower Ram Prateek Chaubey, an advocate of Buxar Civil Court, filed the complaint case in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate here. He alleged that Alok had tampered a photo of Rahul Gandhi standing with Aditi Singh, MLA of Rai Bareli, and replaced her photo with Jyoti who was recently arrested for allegedly spying for Pakistan.
"Tampered photo was posted by Ajay Alok on his social media account X which is not only misleading but has also hurt the sentiments of a large number of people, particularly those associated with Congress " Chaubey said and demanded lawful action against Alok under various sections of the IT act. "Mischief' of the BJP leader was not only defamatory for Rahul but also an attempt to dent the image of Congress, he alleged. UNI XC KKS SSP
