Bihar elections: NDA fails to declare details of seats; Grand Alliance still struggling to finalise seat sharing

Patna, Oct 13 (UNI) Even after notification was issued for the second and final phase of the Bihar assembly elections today, the Grand Alliance was still struggling to finalise seat sharing, while the NDA failed to declare details of seat-sharing reached among its constituents on Sunday.
While NDA failed to declare details of seats to be contested by its constituents due to differences cropping up on a few seats, the Grand Alliance is also struggling hard to finalise seat sharing among its partners.
RJD is facing a tough task of finalising seat sharing among its partners as Congress, VIP, CPI and CPI(M) have demanded larger share in the deal.
