Bihar was progressing under the leadership of Nitish Kumar : Ashok Choudhary

Patna, Nov 30 (UNI) Senior JD(U) leader and Rural Works Minister Ashok Choudhary on Saturday said that the state was progressing under the leadership of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Addressing the meeting of party workers in Arwal, Chaudhary said that Kumar after coming to power in 2005 came to know that 15% of the children were out of a school and realising the pathetic situation, the CM has taken steps for constructing schools at a larger scale for educating and to bring them to the school.
He said that Nitish also established several engineering colleges , Polytechnic institutes and ITI Institutions for providing technical education to the youth of the state.
