BJP leaders pay tributes to Modi, recall his contributions

Patna, May 13 (UNI) BJP leaders on Tuesday paid rich tributes to former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi on his first death anniversary.
Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary while addressing a function organised by the party to pay tributes to Modi, said that his contribution was immense to both the BJP and Bihar. Modi was a seasoned leader, and he had been working hard till the last breath of his life for the welfare of the people belonging to all sections irrespective of cast and creed, he added.
Chaudhary said that as Finance Minister of Bihar, Modi had contributed a lot to the state, which changed several sectors, including power, basic infrastructural facilities, and education. Modi was an inspiring leader who motivated a large number of BJP workers to dedicate themselves completely to the service of the people, he added.
