Braveheart Subedar of Indian Army Jhantu Ali Sheikh given a tearful farewell in West Bengal

Kolkata, Apr 26 (UNI) Braveheart Jhantu Ali Shaikh of 6 PARA (Special Forces), who was martyred in the line of duty during a counter terror operation against terrorists at Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir this week, was on Saturday given a tearful farewell with three gun salute and buried with military honours at his village in West Bengal's Nadia district.
The mortal remains of Jhantu Ali Shaikh, a Subedar of 6 PARA (Special Forces), were carried by his elder brother Rafiqur Ali Sheikh, who is also in the Indian Army and posted in LOC in J & K.
"We demand his revenge, kill the enemy, Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Hindustan Amar Rahe," as thousands of grieving villagers followed the coffin with slogans as the Indian Army bade adieu with three gun salutes.
