Cal HC dismisses petitions challenging WBSSC recruitment notification

Kolkata, July 16 (UNI) The Calcutta high court today dismissed all petitions challenging the WB Schools Service Commission May 30 notification on recruitment of teachers and non-teaching staff in the government aided schools across the state.
A division bench, comprising Justices Soumen Sen and Smita Das, allowed the 2025 recruitment process of the WBSSC 2025 for teachers while dismissing a set of petitions challenging some new rules in the notification.
