Campbell, Hope tons lift WI; India 58 runs from series win

New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) The fourth day of the second Test at the Arun Jaitley Stadium produced a gripping contest of resilience and response as West Indies, led by centuries from John Campbell and Shai Hope, posted 390 in their second innings before India reached 63 for 1 at stumps, leaving just 58 runs to win on the final day.
The day belonged to Campbell and Hope, who scripted a remarkable West Indies fightback after India had enforced the follow-on. Campbell, after 50 innings of waiting, brought up his maiden Test hundred, a composed 115 marked by discipline and aggression.
Hope, rediscovering his red-ball rhythm, followed with his first Test century in eight years, a fluent 103 laced with 12 boundaries and two sixes.
