Caste Census survey to provide reservation in proportion to population: Telangana CM

Hyderabad, Nov 15 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Thursday clarified that the caste census survey is being taken up in the state to provide reservation in proportion to the population.
Caste surveys should be taken up to achieve social justice, Reddy said.
Participating at the Children’s Day celebrations held at LB Stadium here, the CM said that officials are conducting door-to-door visits for the caste census survey.
