CBI arrests coaching institute owner in NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case

New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) In the latest development in connection with the NEET-UG 2026 examination paper leak case, the CBI has identified and arrested another accused.
A key accused, Prof. Shivaraj Motegaonkar, owner of RCC Coaching Institute in Latur, has been arrested in the NEET paper leak case. He runs the institute, which coaches students for the NEET-UG examination. The institute has nine branches, with its main branch located in Latur.
According to the CBI, Motegaonkar is closely associated with P.V. Kulkarni, a Chemistry lecturer linked with the NTA. Searches conducted at his institute and residence led to the recovery of a Chemistry question bank containing the exact same questions that appeared in the NEET examination held on May 3.
