Cincinnati Open: Sabalenka gets 50th win of 2025 to reach quarters

Ohio (USA), Aug 14 (UNI) World number one Aryna Sabalenka stormed into the quarter-finals of the Cincinnati Open with a routine win over Spain's Jessica Bouzas Maneiro.
The 6-1 7-5 victory was Sabalenka's 50th win on the WTA Tour this year - eight more than nearest challenger Iga Swiatek.
The Belarusian, who beat British number one Emma Raducanu in the last round, will continue her title defence when she faces ninth seed Elena Rybakina in the last eight.
