Congress leaders discuss organisational strengthening in Delhi

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav on Thursday addressed a meeting of newly appointed vice presidents and general secretaries of the party at the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee office in the national capital, where he stressed the need for both responsibility and accountability among office-bearers to strengthen the organisation in Delhi.
According to a party statement, the meeting was attended by 12 vice presidents and 26 general secretaries, who thanked the party leadership for assigning them organisational responsibilities. Former MLA and Delhi Congress General Secretary (Organisation) Anil Bhardwaj also attended the meeting and moderated the function.
During the meeting, Devender Yadav said the newly appointed office-bearers represented different sections of society, including youth, women, minorities, backward communities and Scheduled Castes.

Indian Army contingent to participate in joint military exercise Khaan Quest in Mongolia

New Delhi, Jun 18 (UNI) An Indian Army contingent is set to depart for Mongolia to take part in the multilateral joint military initiative, ‘Exercise KHAAN QUEST.’
The military exercise is scheduled to be conducted from June 20 to July 3 at Five Hills Training Area, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

SC declines interim relief against CBSE’s three-language policy, tags plea with pending batch
