Convention of United Scheduled Caste Organisations Held in Shimla

Shimla, Oct 16 (UNI) A historic state-level convention of the United Scheduled Caste Organisations of Himachal Pradesh was held at Kali Bari, Shimla, bringing together around 400 representatives from 35 different bodies working for social justice and equality.

The convention was jointly chaired by leaders of the participating organisations, with Jagat Ram presiding over the proceedings. Prominent leaders, including former MLA and State Secretary of the Himachal Kisan Sabha, Rakesh Singha, and former Mayor of Shimla, Sanjay Chauhan, also attended the event.

Foreign patients in Lucknow hospitals must be reported to CMO within 24 hours
