Countdown begin for commercial launch of flights from Noida International Airport on June 15

Greater Noida, Jun 11 (UNI) With just three days left ahead of its June 15 commercial launch, Noida International Airport successfully completed its final full-scale Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) turnaround trial with IndiGo, putting the airport’s operational ecosystem through a comprehensive end-to-end test.
According to the Noida International Airport authorities on Thursday, everything from aircraft docking and boarding bridges to baggage systems, cargo handling, catering, refuelling, and navigation procedures have been tested, and the exercise validated the readiness of infrastructure, systems, and stakeholders.
In addition, the instrument landing system (ILS) has also been revalidated for safe landings even in inclement weather.
