Court reserves order on Roshan Anand's bail Plea in Khan Global Studies assault case

Patna, June 8 (UNI) The First Class Judicial Magistrate on Monday reserved his order on the regular bail application of Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute, who is currently lodged in jail in connection with an alleged assault on a security guard of Khan Global Studies.
After hearing both the parties, the first class Judicial Magistrate Anurag Verma, reserved hus verdict.
Appearing for Roshan Anand, advocate Vijay Anand argued that his client was innocent and that the allegations levelled against him were baseless. He requested the court to grant regular bail to the accused.
