Cyber police recover Rs 7.5 lakh from cyber frauds

Kaimur, Sep 10 (UNI) The Cyber Police Station of Kaimur has successfully helped a young man recover the entire amount of Rs 7.5 lakh that he had lost to online fraud.
Police said here today that the case relates to Shashi Kumar, son of Sunil Kumar, a resident of Lalapur in Kudra. Cyber fraudsters had withdrawn Rs 7.5 lakh from his bank account through an online scam.
On the basis of his written complaint, the Cyber Police Station in Kaimur conducted a swift investigation and, with the cooperation of the bank and concerned agencies, managed to refund the full amount to his account.
