Chandigarh, Dec 12 (UNI) Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (non-political) leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is
on fast unto death for the last 17 days, on Thursday wrote a letter, signed with Blood-soaked thumb impression, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and asked him to decide whether he would pass a law
to guarantee MSP or would allow to let die a farmer (Dallewal).
