Delhi Hotel Fire Wipes Out 8 Members of Family Who Had Gathered to Care for Ailing Patriarch

New Delhi, Jun 4 (UNI) The devastating fire at Hotel Flourish Stay Guest House in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar has left an entire family shattered, claiming the lives of eight members of the Agarwal family who had come to Delhi from Gurugram to care for their critically ill relative.
The victims had been staying at the hotel, close to Saket's Max Hospital, where 80-year-old Radhey Shyam Agarwal was undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Family members from different cities had gathered in the national capital to remain near him during his hospitalization.
Among those killed were Radhey Shyam's son Vivek Agarwal, his wife Tarjani, mother Premlata, and their two daughters, Jiviska and Variya. Several relatives, including Vivek's maternal uncle Ashok Goyal and other family members, were also among the victims.
