Eight CRPF personnel injured in road accident in Budgam

Srinagar, Apr 29 (UNI) At least eight Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were injured on Tuesday after their vehicle met with an accident in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

The incident took place in the Tangnar area of Doodhpathri Khansahib when the CRPF vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge, officials said.

“ At least eight CRPF men were injured in the accident,” they said, adding the injured personnel were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
