Farhan Akhtar unveils soulful music album of ‘120 Bahadur’ at Mumbai event

Mumbai, Nov 5 (UNI) The music album of Farhan Akhtar’s much-anticipated war drama '120 Bahadur' was launched at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai. The star-studded event saw the presence of Farhan Akhtar, Javed Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani, director Razneesh “Razy” Ghai, Raashi Khanna, composers Amit Trivedi and Salim–Sulaiman, and singer Sukhwinder Singh, among others.
The album captures the spirit and emotion of 120 Bahadur, a film that pays tribute to the courage and sacrifice of Indian soldiers. Recently, the track “Dada Kishan Ki Jai”, sung by Sukhwinder Singh with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and music by Salim–Sulaiman, was released to great acclaim.
The newly launched songs include “Main Hoon Woh Dharti Maa”, rendered by Shreya Ghoshal, penned by Javed Akhtar, and composed by Amit Trivedi; and “Yaad Aate Hain”, performed by Subhadeep Das Chowdhury, Chirag Kotwal, and Utkarsh Wankhede, also written by Javed Akhtar and composed by Trivedi.
Another notable addition is “Naine Ra Lobhi”, sung by Javed Ali and Asees Kaur, with music by Amjad Nadeem Aamir and lyrics by Javed Akhtar.
Set against the backdrop of the 'Battle of Rezang La' during the 1962 India-China war, '120 Bahadur' features Farhan Akhtar as Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, the Param Vir Chakra awardee who led the 13 Kumaon Regiment in one of the most heroic last stands in Indian military history.
Directed by Razneesh “Razy” Ghai and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment), and Trigger Happy Studios, 120 Bahadur is an Excel Entertainment production slated for a theatrical release on November 21, 2025.
