GHIAL remits Rs 12.28 cr interim dividend to Telangana Govt

Hyderabad, June 11 (UNI) GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) has remitted an interim dividend of approximately Rs 12.28 crore to the Telangana Government, reaffirming its commitment to delivering consistent value to stakeholders.
The dividend forms part of the company's second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, declared at 25 per cent. The latest payout follows an earlier dividend of Rs 36.85 crore remitted to the state government in February 2026.
With the latest payment, GHIAL's total dividend distribution to the Telangana Government for FY 2025-26 has exceeded Rs 49.14 crore, representing a 100 per cent dividend declaration for the financial year.
