Govt. initiating steps for convenience of the farmers: Nitish

Patna, Nov 30 (UNI) Accusing his predecessors of not taking any step in the interest of the farmers, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that his government has initiated several measures for the benefit and convenience of the farmers in the agriculture activities.
Kumar told newspersons here on Saturday that the farmers were getting benefits of several steps taken up by his government in the interest of the section.
Kumar said that his government launched agriculture road maps to increase the productivity of various crops, vegetables, and fruits. In addition to this, the production of milk, eggs, fish, and meat has also increased.
