Guava Orchard Compensation Scam. ED attaches assets worth Rs 9.87 cr

New Delhi, Sept 10 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said here today that they had attached immovable properties and stocks worth Rs. 9.87 Crore belonging to five people in connection with a PMLA case related to Guava Orchard Compensation Scam.
The five were identified as Vikas Bhandari, Bhupinder Singh, Mrs Ritika Bhandari, Karam Singh and Gurdeep Singh, an official of the ED said.
The ED initiated PMLA investigation on the basis of an FIR registered by the Vigilance Bureau, Punjab, against Bhupinder Singh, Vikas Bhandari and others under various sections of IPC, 1860 and Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act.
