Gujarat’s Mitva scripts history; becomes 1st fencer to qualify for Asian Senior Fencing Championship, Asian Games

New Delhi, Jun 15 (UNI) The Amateur Fencing Association of Gujarat State (AFAGS) has announced a historic milestone for Gujarat fencing as Mitva Chaudhari has become the first fencer from Gujarat to qualify for both the Asian Senior Fencing Championship and the Asian Games.
As per the official handout, this remarkable achievement marks a new chapter in the history of fencing in Gujarat and reflects the growing strength of the sport in the state.
Through years of dedication, disciplined training, and consistent performances at national and international levels, Mitva has earned her place among India's elite fencers, read a handout.
