Haaland's hat-trick powers Norway to win in World Cup qualifiers

Berlin Oct 12 (UNI) Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick as Norway stormed past Israel 5-0 to register their sixth consecutive win in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification yesterday.
Haaland’s sixth hat-trick in 46 international games has fueled hopes for Norway’s first World Cup appearance since 1998.
The comprehensive victory also increased the pressure on Italy, who defeated Estonia 3-1 but remain second in the group.
