Haryana Govt orders fast-track Disability Certificates ahead of online transfer drive

Chandigarh, Jul 8 (UNI) The Haryana Government has directed the Health Department to expedite the issuance of Disability Certificates and Unique Disability ID (UDID) cards for eligible employees ahead of the upcoming online transfer drives under the Model Online Transfer Policy, 2026.
The move aims to ensure that no eligible employee is deprived of the weightage available under the new transfer policy due to delays in obtaining the required documents.
The directions have been issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi following the notification of the Model Online Transfer Policy, 2026, which replaces the earlier Model Online Transfer Policy, 2025. With online transfer drives for various cadres and departments expected to begin shortly, the government has sought urgent action from the Health Department.
