The liquidator appointed by the Cooperation Department and the former administrator allegedly demanded the bribe for issuing share certificates to 33 new members and for ensuring the victory of a preferred bidder in a future property auction. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) trapped the accused while accepting an advance amount of Rs 30 lakh.
