Hollywood filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife killed by their son

Los Angeles, Dec 15 (UNI/SPUTNIK) Hollywood filmmaker and actor Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in their home in Los Angeles, the People magazine reported, citing multiple sources.
On Sunday, the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) reported the discovery of two persons' bodies in Reiner's home after being called there to provide medical assistance. The deaths were considered a homicide. According to the TMZ portal, "both victims suffered lacerations consistent with knife wounds."
According to the magazine's sources, the couple's son Nick Reiner, who had a long history of drug abuse, is the primary suspect in their killing.
Rob Reiner began his directing career in the 1960s and is best remembered for his movies The Bucket List (2007) and A Few Good Men (1992). In 2013, Reiner also played the role of the main character's father in The Wolf of Wall Street.
