HP govt lifts embargo on Transfer & Posting: Secy Personnel

Shimla, Jan 13 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh government today lifted the embargo on general transfers and postings of Group-C and Group-D employees, excluding teaching cadres of the Education and Technical Education Departments.
According to a notification issued by the Department of Personnel, the decision will remain effective till March 31.
During this period, Ministers-in-charge have been authorised to approve transfers of regular Group-C and Group-D officials who have completed the normal tenure at their present place of posting.
