Human skeleton found in Todarpur Reserve Forest along Himachal-Haryana border

Nahan, Nov 16 (UNI) A bare human skeleton was recovered in the Todarpur Reserve Forest, near the Himachal–Haryana border in the Kala Amb area, prompting a police investigation. The case was then reported on Thursday by Forest Guard Mohan of Bikrambag Panchayat, who immediately alerted the Kala Amb police.
Police teams reached the spot, conducted an inspection, and took the remains into possession. Clothing and other material found near the site were also seized for examination. The skeleton has been shifted to the Medical College, Nahan, and placed in the mortuary for identification.
Additional SP Yogesh Rolta said that preliminary findings indicate the remains are several months old. Initial observations suggest the possibility that the individual may have wandered into the forest and died there. The nature of the clothing recovered has also led investigators to consider whether the deceased may have been suffering from mental illness.
