IHCL reports record FY26 Revenue of ₹ 9,971 Cr, Announces Dividend

Hyderabad, May 11 (UNI)The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) on Monday reported its sixteenth consecutive quarter of record performance, posting consolidated revenue of ₹9,971 crore for FY2025-26, registering a growth of 16 per cent year-on-year.
The company reported EBITDA of ₹3,477 crore with an EBITDA margin of 34.9 per cent, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at an all-time high of ₹2,084 crore for the financial year.
For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, IHCL posted consolidated revenue of ₹2,845 crore, up 14 per cent over the previous year, with EBITDA at ₹1,052 crore and PAT at ₹600 crore, the company said in a release.
Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & CEO, IHCL, said the company achieved double-digit revenue growth despite macroeconomic headwinds and the impact of the West Asia conflict.
He said IHCL’s diversified strategy across brands, management contracts, and geographies helped deliver consistent growth and resilience over the last sixteen quarters.
According to the company, IHCL added three new brands during the fiscal, taking its major brand portfolio to fourteen.
The company also recorded 250 hotel signings, expanding its overall portfolio to 630 hotels, including an industry-leading pipeline of 255 hotels.
During FY26, IHCL opened or onboarded more than 130 hotels, expanding its footprint across luxury, experiential leisure, and mid-scale hospitality segments.
The company maintained a gross cash balance of ₹4,345 crore as of March 31, 2026.
IHCL has proposed a dividend amounting to 25 per cent of consolidated PAT before exceptional items, including a special dividend to commemorate the company’s 125th AGM.
Mr. Ankur Dalwani, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, IHCL, said IHCL Standalone reported revenue of ₹5,640 crore with an EBITDA margin of 45.1 per cent and PAT of ₹2,012 crore during FY26.
He added that the company invested more than ₹1,000 crore in greenfield projects, renovations, digital initiatives, and acquisitions during the year.
The company’s new businesses, including Ginger, Qmin, amã Stays & Trails and Tree of Life, reported enterprise revenue of ₹1,099 crore, registering 37 per cent growth during the year.
