India on the move as Blue Dart releases first national delivery trends report

Mumbai, Jan 13 (UNI) Blue Dart Express Limited has released its first national delivery trends report titled 'India on the Move 2025', offering insights into India’s evolving logistics and shipping patterns. The report highlights peak shipment volumes, expanded reach beyond metros, and growing demand for specialised and time-critical deliveries.
According to the study, Blue Dart recorded its busiest day in July 2025, transporting over 14,000 tonnes of shipments, with 20 other days witnessing volumes double the daily average. Security remained a key focus, with 47 million secured parcels delivered nationwide. The company’s ground operations covered more than two billion kilometres, supported by logistics infrastructure spanning nearly 399,000 square metres.
The report underscores Blue Dart’s specialised capabilities, including cold-chain logistics for medicines, blood, plasma, insulin, cell and gene therapies, and even extreme consignments such as liquid nitrogen. Leh remained the highest delivery point serviced during the year.
