Inqilab Moncho announces plans to conduct large scale 'Hadi' rally next week

Dhaka, Jan 16 (UNI) Bangladesh's youth-based activist platform Inqilab Moncho has announced plans to hold a large-scale "Hadi Rally" within the next week, demanding justice for the killing of its former spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi.
The announcement was made on Friday afternoon at a protest gathering held beneath the Raju Sculpture on the campus of Dhaka University. Abdullah Al Jaber, member secretary of the socio-cultural group, said the rally would be organised soon, with the date and time to be declared later.
Earlier in the day, following Friday prayers, Inqilab Moncho leaders and activists marched from the university's central mosque, chanting slogans demanding accountability for Hadi's murder.
