Moscow, Apr 18 (UNI) Tehran hopes that Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Iran in 2025, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Friday.
"The Iranian president has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to pay a bilateral visit to Iran. We hope that such a visit will take place in 2025," Araghchi said at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
Earlier in the day, Araghchi held talks with Lavrov in Moscow. On Thursday, Araghchi held a meeting with Putin in the Kremlin, during which he delivered a letter from Iran's supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, to the Russian president.
