Iran FM Abbas Araghchi accuses UAE of playing active role in US-Israel war against Iran

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Thursday accused the United Arab Emirates of being an active participant in what he described as a joint U.S.-Israel military campaign against Iran, alleging that Abu Dhabi was involved in the conflict and had contributed to acts of aggression against his country.
“The UAE is an active partner in this aggression, and there is no doubt about it,” Araghchi said in a Telegram post while attending the BRICS summit in India.
He also referred to what he described as a “secret meeting” during the conflict between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, allegedly held in the UAE. However, Abu Dhabi has strongly denied that any such meeting took place.
