Jairam Ramesh blasts Bihar Govt over financial irregularities

New Delhi, Nov 9 (UNI) Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Sunday mounted a scathing attack on the BJP-JD(U) government in Bihar, accusing it of systemic looting, corruption, and gross negligence that have severely impacted the state's development and welfare over the last two decades.
Taking to social media platform X, Ramesh said the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report of 2025, had revealed that in respect of the Rs 70,877.61 crore spent by Bihar government, nearly 49,649 Utilization Certificates were not submitted, casting serious doubts over where and how funds were utilized.
