Jannik Sinner begins ATP Finals title defence with dominant win

Turin (Italy), Nov 11 (UNI) World No.2 Jannik Sinner began his title defence at the 2025 ATP Finals with a commanding straight-sets victory over Olympic mixed doubles bronze medallist Felix Auger-Aliassime 7-5, 6-1.
According to Olympics.com, on Monday, World No. 2 Sinner sealed his 27th consecutive victory on indoor hard courts. He also notched up a sixth consecutive victory without being broken at the ATP Finals.
“There is a new feeling of playing here, the court is a bit different, so I'm happy with how we've adapted,” a victorious Sinner said on court in Italian. “You have to be focused throughout the match, as soon as you concede a break, it's very difficult to recover. Today, I was very focused. I'm happy, we'll see how the next one goes.”
