Jeers across British parliament as PM Starmer trades off with Conservative leader Badenoch over Iran war

London, March 11 (UNI) There were jeers across the House of Commons on Wednesday as Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch clashed over the war involving Iran and its possible impact on Britain.
The prime minister focused on his actions in West Asia while the Conservative leader sought to interrogate him on fuel duty.
Starmer sternly defended his decision not to join the war, stating that "Our armed forces are working day and night to protect British lives and British interests in the Middle East".
