Jennifer Lawrence jokes about fan expectations for her new film with Robert Pattinson

Los Angeles, Nov 6 (UNI) Jennifer Lawrence has addressed the growing fan buzz around her new film 'Die Ky Love', co-starring Robert Pattinson, after social media users began drawing playful connections to their iconic past roles as Katniss Everdeen and Edward Cullen.
During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, host Jimmy Fallon pointed out that “all the internet’s going crazy that Katniss and Edward are in a movie together.” He was referencing the pair’s mega successful film franchises, which saw Pattinson play broody vampire Edward Cullen and Lawrence play the fierce Katniss Everdeen.
Yet Lawrence is keen to remind audiences that their collaboration is something far removed from nostalgic fantasy.
Directed by Lynne Ramsay, the film centres on Grace, portrayed by Lawrence, a woman who relocates to the American countryside with her partner Jackson. As isolation and emotional strain tighten their grip, Grace's reality begins to fracture, blurring the line between sanity and delusion. The film is set to hit the theatres on November 7.
Though Lawrence and Pattinson had never worked together before, the actress revealed that their on-set chemistry developed effortlessly.
“I was delightfully relieved that he is exactly how I assumed he would be,” she recently told The Hollywood Reporter. “He was very laid back, very sweet, funny. We could sit in silence together, which was very important to me. We could both scroll on our phones and not talk, which is really, really necessary in a co-star.”
