Kannur University strengthens role as innovation, entrepreneurship hub in Kerala

Kochi, Jan 24 (UNI) Kannur University has further consolidated its status as a key innovation and entrepreneurship hub in Kerala, with its Innovation and Incubation Foundation (KU-IIF) highlighting over a decade of supporting startups, student enterprises, and industry-ready innovations.
The university's growing role in linking academics with enterprise development came into sharp focus on National Startup Day, sources said.
The achievements were showcased during a high-level brainstorming session titled "Corporates from Campuses", organised in Kannur, which underscored how the convergence of research, innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialisation can transform universities into drivers of regional and national economic growth.
