Kerala capital emerges as South India’s premier hub for governance, research, deep tech: Colliers India report

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 7 (UNI) Kerala’s capital city, Thiruvananthapuram, has been spotlighted as a rising strategic hub for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), governance, research, and technology in South India, according to a new report by global real estate and investment advisory firm Colliers India.
The “City Profiling Report of Thiruvananthapuram” highlights the city’s evolution into a high-potential centre for digital transformation, combining a rich institutional legacy with strong growth in next-generation innovation.
The report was officially launched by Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary, Electronics & IT Department, Government of Kerala, in the presence of Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO of Technopark; Susanth Kurunthil, CEO of Infopark and Cyberpark; and other senior IT strategists of the State Government during the GCCs Conclave – ET GCC SURGE 2025 held recently in Kochi.
