Leh-bound SpiceJet flight lands back to Delhi after bird hit

New Delhi, May 26 (UNI) A Leh-bound SpiceJet flight from Delhi on Sunday returned soon after take-off after one of its engines was hit by a bird.
Passengers on the flight SG-123 were deplaned safely at the capital's IGI airport.
"On May 26, 2024, SpiceJet B737 aircraft operating SG-123 from Delhi to Leh returned back to Delhi after suffering a bird hit on engine 2," an airline spokesperson said.
