Letter to NIA: Marandi alleges deep collusion between former DGP & gang

Ranchi, Nov 16 (UNI) BJP state president and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi has written to the National Investigation Agency, urging a full investigation into what he described as a deep criminal nexus involving former Jharkhand DGP Anurag Gupta and gangster Sujit Sinha’s organised syndicate.
In his letter to the NIA Director General, Marandi said the Sinha gang has been operating under the banner of the Koyalanchal Shanti Samiti, which he termed a front for extortion, arms trade and other organised crimes.
He alleged that the gang’s activities pose a national security threat because of suspected links with international networks.

Howrah station infiltrators to be handed directly to BSF: Bengal CM
