LoP Sunil Sharma meets Shah, discusses J&K’s political, security scenario

Jammu, Sep 15 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Sunil Sharma, today met union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi and held a detailed discussion on the prevailing political and security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir. As per the party handout, Sharma also apprised the Home Minister of the destruction caused by the recent floods and submitted a comprehensive ground assessment report.
During the meeting, he highlighted the evolving political and security dynamics in the union Territory.
Sharma underlined the need to maintain peace and stability through effective governance, strengthening democratic institutions, and ensuring people’s participation in the developmental process.
