Maha: CM inaugurates exhibition of Shiv-era weapons in Nagpur museum

Nagpur, Feb 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday inaugurated an exhibition of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj era weapons at the Central Museum here.
Speaking at the main event held at Kavivarya Suresh Bhat auditorium after inaugurating an exhibition of Shivaji-era weapons at the museum, he cited an example of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's governance through water management, environment protection, law & order, protection of women, respect of all castes and religions.
He recalled that at a time when it was doubtful whether Maharashtra's customs, culture, language and religion would survive or not due to onslaught of invasions, Shivaji Maharaj kept this freedom intact.
