Maha Deputy CM Ajit Pawar reprimands woman police officer

Solapur Sep 5 (UNI) The phone conversation and video call between Karmala division’s Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Anjali Krishna and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, during action against illegal soil excavation in Kurdu village of Madha taluka, is currently a hot topic in Maharashtra politics. after the video of the incident went viral on social media.
After receiving complaints about illegal soil excavation for road construction in Kurdu village, DySP Anjali Krishna reached the spot. There was an argument with the local villagers and IPS Krishna over the illegal work.
One Baba Jagtap directly called Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and handed the phone to Krishna. On the call, Pawar introduced himself and ordered her to stop the action. However, Anjali Krishna did not recognise his voice. Annoyed, Pawar said, "I am DCM Ajit Pawar speaking. Stop the action, it’s my order".
